WHISKER HOLLOW TERMS OF USE

1. Eligibility and Minimum Age

Whisker Hollow is intended for users who meet the minimum legal age to consent to data processing in their country of residence, including:

• At least 13 years old in the United States, and
• 13–16 years old in parts of the EU/UK, depending on local law.

By creating an account, you confirm you meet the applicable minimum age. If you do not meet the minimum age, you must not use the Site.

2. Accounts

Accurate Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including your own email address and your own date of birth (for age verification). You agree to keep your account information up to date.

One-Account Limit (Important)

You may create and maintain a maximum of one (1) account per person.

You agree that you will not:

• Create multiple accounts for any reason (including "alt" accounts)
• Use another person's account
• Allow another person to use your account
• Buy, sell, trade, gift, share, or transfer accounts

If we determine you have more than one account or are sharing accounts, we may suspend or terminate all related accounts.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, unless caused by our error.

3. License to Use the Game

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

4. Virtual Items and Premium Currency

The Game may include virtual items and virtual currency (for example, premium currency such as Sunflower Coins, if enabled).

• Virtual items and virtual currency are licensed to you as part of the Service.
• They have no real-world value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be used within the Game.
• We may modify, remove, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items/currency at any time.

Purchases (If Offered)

If you purchase premium currency or other digital items:

• You authorize us (and/or our payment processor) to charge your payment method.
• All sales are final and non-refundable to the extent permitted by law (except where you have a legal right to a refund).
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of your account and removal of purchased items/currency.

5. Rules of Conduct

You agree to use the Site responsibly and not interfere with other players' enjoyment of the Game.

You may not:

• Break any applicable law while using the Site
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse others
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise illegal or harmful
• Attempt to scam, phish, or impersonate others
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Site
• Attempt to access systems or accounts you are not authorized to access
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Encourage or assist others in doing any of the above

We may take action on violations, including warnings, feature restrictions, content removal, suspension, or termination.

6. Cheating, Bots, and Exploits

To keep the Game fair and stable:

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, macros, or third-party software to play the game for you
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for advantage
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security protections (except where legally permitted)

If you find a bug, please report it at admin@yourdomain.com. Abuse of bugs may result in account action.

Accessibility tools (e.g., screen readers, browser zoom, system-level accessibility settings) are allowed.

7. User Content (If the Game Allows Posting)

If the Site allows you to post content (such as profile text, names, messages, forums, or submissions), you are responsible for what you post.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates the Rules of Conduct above
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Includes another person's personal data (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)

License to Operate the Site

If you submit or post content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate and improve the Site and provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All game assets, including artwork, writing, code, UI, design, and world content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our assets except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Sharing Screenshots / Streaming

You may share screenshots or gameplay clips of Whisker Hollow for personal, non-commercial purposes (including streaming and social media), provided you credit Whisker Hollow and do not imply official endorsement.

9. Service Availability and Changes

Whisker Hollow is under active development. We may change, update, rebalance, or remove features, content, or gameplay elements at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site (including your account) at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created multiple accounts, used prohibited tools, engaged in fraud, or otherwise harmed the Site or other users.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND GAME ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR GAME.

IF LIABILITY IS FOUND, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $50 USD, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Whisker Hollow and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
